Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours after the order is placed. 
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.  After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take a few days within the city and within 3 to 5 days for most areas in the province.  This can vary and will be updated as to your specific location.  We use standard shipping carriers and at this time, there are sometimes unforseeable delays.
